Oloomna

Use case

An internal communications screen for every team’s plans.

Oloomna gives communications, HR and employee engagement teams one shared screen for campaigns, town halls, trainings, welcome sessions and wellbeing events, so people see what’s coming without another email.

What goes on the screen

  • Every team’s activities. Each activity shows its team, time and location, so people know who is running what.
  • Campaigns and weeks. Multi-day activities, such as a campaign or a wellbeing week, show their full date range.
  • Countdowns to big moments. Large countdown cards for launches, forums and major events.
  • Your latest posts. A feature panel with your organisation’s latest Instagram posts, an image or a QR code.

Why comms and HR teams use it

One shared view

Every team’s plans sit in one place, across the week and the month, instead of in separate emails and calendars.

Reach people who skip email

A screen people pass every day carries the message to colleagues who rarely read internal newsletters.

A simple approval flow

Mark what is approved for the screen, preview the board, then publish. Nothing appears before you are ready.

Set it up in three steps

  1. Get your editor account

Request access for your organisation. Editor accounts are set up by an administrator, so there is no instant sign-up.

  2. Add activities and countdowns

Sign in to the editor, add what’s coming up, mark what is approved for the screen, preview the board, then publish.

  3. Open your display link on the screen

Open your organisation’s private display link in the screen’s web browser. It shows the published board only, and you can replace the link at any time.

Tips for internal communications

  • Agree who updates the board. Give each team an editor, or route updates through one owner, so the screen stays current.
  • Add activities as soon as they are confirmed. The earlier they appear, the more people plan around them.
  • Use date ranges for campaigns. A multi-day activity keeps a campaign or themed week visible for its whole run.
  • Save countdowns for the biggest moments. A launch or annual forum stands out more when it is one of only a few.

Frequently asked questions

Can several people update the board?

Yes. Owners and editors can sign in to your organisation. Editors manage activities and countdowns; owners also change settings and manage the team.

Can we preview the board before it goes live?

Yes. Editors preview the board, then press Publish. The screen only shows what has been published.

Can we use more than one screen?

Yes. You can open your organisation’s display link on more than one screen, and each screen can use the Classic or Calendar layout.

How do we get started?

Request access for your organisation. Oloomna is in a pilot programme open to 10 organisations, with personal onboarding.
